Solution Features

• A scalable and a secured mobile app for the landlords and tenants and a website for the administration team.
• The core features of the app include:
• Onboarding and verifying the properties of landlords along with ID Proofs for authenticity via a chatbot.
• Onboarding the tenants along with ID Proofs for verification.
• Onboarding multiple properties owned by the landlords along with adding their tenants.
• Sending a dynamic invitation link to the tenants for installing the app.
• AI/ML chatbot that enables tenants to raise property-related maintenance requests for getting the repairs done.
• Track the maintenance requests related to various properties, view the request details, and update their status (closing/reopening)
• Adding credit card details for the payment of property taxes, mortgages, and invoices by the landlords and the payment of rents by the tenants.
• Generation of monthly statements and tracking the transactions of various properties.
• A web admin portal for onboarding the properties, landlords, and tenants, tracking the maintenance requests related to the properties, adding and assigning service providers to these maintenance requests based on zip codes, and generating invoices for the landlords for payment.
